Sante Fe Soup
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion
1 package ranch dressing
1 package taco seasoning
16 oz can black beans
16 oz can kidney beans
16 oz can diced tomatoes with chilies undrained
16 oz can diced tomatoes undrained
2 16 oz cans white corn undrained
2 c water.
Brown beef and drain, add season and let mix. Then add the canned ingrediants. Mix together let simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Garnish and serve with sour cream, cheese onions and fritos or tortilla chips.
