I make kabobs to grill.. yummy! I use chicken cut into chunks, whole button mushrooms, red and yellow peppers cut up, and sometimes onion. I marinate it all in italian dressing (or herb and garlic marinade or montreal steak marinade) and then put them on the skewers and grill until done. way yummy!! You could do the same with hawaiian marinade and put pineapple too.. that would be good.
Also, you can grill portabello mushroom caps on there, and eggplant. Grilled eggplant is very good, but I suggest marinading it in something first (italian dressing is good). The eggplant gets kinda tough if you're not careful. gotta keep it moist and don't overcook it.
