Aunt Frances' Lemonade
Aunt Frances' Lemonade
5 lemons
5 limes
5 oranges
3 quarts of water
1.5-2 cups sugar
Several maraschino cherries, optional
Squeeze juice from 4 each of the lemons, limes and oranges; pour into a gallon container. Thinly slice the remaining fruit and set aside for garnish. Add water and sugar to juices; mix well. Store in refrigerator. Serve on ice with fruit slices; and add cherries (remove stems!).
Yields: 1 gallon of lemonade
