because I didn't get a recipe for the party from anyone here at amity, but here's the one I ended up using and it was DELICIOUS in case anyone wants it
Healthy (is there such a thing) Oreo Pie
crust:
1 cup fat free graham crackers
2 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter
filling:
1 8 oz whipped cream (thawed)
1 1/2 cup skim milk (I used soy milk)
1 package fat free sugar free Vanilla instant pudding mix
crushed or broken light oreo cookies (I couldn't find light and used 1/2 the fat oreos instead)
let stand for 2 hours to set up, top with crushed oreos
It was YUMMY and some even asked for seconds
