ISO:Wheat Free Cookie Recipe

anyone have a suggestion for a wheat free, egg free (or egg substitute) sugar cookie? I'm looking for decoratable--Valentine cookies. Thanks.

This is too late but the book Feeding the WHole Family has a recipe (i'm like 99.9% sure) but my copy is missing (!) it's by Cynthia Lair if you want to check your library.

I'll definetely check out the book! I did manage to make some "old fashioned" butter cookies with oat and rice flour, which came out nicely--kind of tea biscuit like, but definetely sturdy enough to decorate.
