ISO of an awesome whole grain bread recipe for dr.s gift

Hey mamas,

I want to give my doc an awesome loaf of bread for Thanksgiving.

I thought I would give him some wine my dh made, but then I thought, heck why not something I made myself, plus some marmalade ...

so I need a great recipe that I can't mess up ...
