So heres what I did (pic)
with the squash & green beans from yesterday.

I roasted the veggies w/ evoo & sea salt for about 20 min. @ 425 F.

Cooked orzo in chicken broth w/ onions & garlic.

Mixed the two together & topped w/ basil/sun dried tomato feta.

Very yummy!

Yea & I hate to blame stuff on pms but.....this morning around 6 am I fixed a big bowl of it & left it cold. Added a big dollop of Hellman's mayo and a few shakes of Tiger Sauce. Kinda like a orzo/pasta salad. Yum.
