3 gallons of outdated raw milk

Dated April 30th. I am making one kefir for sure...What do I do with the rest? Help I have so much!

Fresh Mozzarella....yogurt....skim off the cream and make sour cream....or butter...buttermilk....

got any recipes up your sleeve. I made the kefir and the other 5 are sitting in glass bottles on my counter. What do I do?

sour cream and buttermilk sound divine! Should I give some away? I might have too much! lol.

I made yogurt and it is so good but a little watery. Any tips?

I don't have any but can you freeze the milk? I know you can freeze most milk!
I have 2 gallons of goat's milk in my freezer for when my goat lady's goats are not producing!!

it comes in glass. I actually made 4 quarts of yogurt and 1 quart of kefir and then gave one to a milk customer of the farmer and the other two to homebirthinmama.

well duh to me cause if I had looked at when you posted that then I would have realized that you figured it out!!!

Glad you got it all taken care of!! I gotta get me a yogurt maker, was talking to dh about it the other day and try to make some with goat's milk!! do you have a maker or did you do it oven method or what?

I had a salton years ago! This way is so so much better. Here ya go and way easy.
