Onion Pie
Thsi is called Onion pie-sounds yuck but it is SO GOOD.
Here goes
33 crackers (crushed)
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix together and press into 10" pie plate
1 cup Diced onion
1 cup grated cheese
Top the crust with these
Then you make a thick sauce with
3 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 t salt
pepper to taste
cook low until it gets thick in saucepan. Our over the onion cheese creacker pie crust.
Cook 350 for 30 minutes
if in glass pan cook 325 for 30 minutes or so.
