Rave for Mona's Cake Mix..GF/CF Cake

Ok..I made this mix tonight into cupcakes and regular cake and it ROCKS..we used Dari-Free milk instead of real milk.

Now you can't use this if you are allergic to eggs, but otherwise, it was really really good. I used a whisk to mix it and it was so light and fluffy! If you can get this mix near you, try it out! My little boy actually ATE the cake part instead of only the frosting he liked it so much
