Nori Ginger Tofu Scramble
Ingredients:
* 1 lb. of fresh tofu
* water
* 2 Tbls. of nutritional yeast
* 2 Tbls. Nori/Ginger Sea Seasoning
Method:
1. Crumble tofu into a lightly oiled skillet and mash with a fork.
2. Simmer for a few minutes, add small amount of water for a softer texture.
3. Stir in nutritional yeast and Nori/Ginger Sea Seasoning.
4. Optional: add a dash of soy sauce (tamari) and/or sprinkle on some roasted sesame seeds. Serves 4.
Makes 4 servings.
