Cook Along meal #1 for those on a budget but want nutritious food

This is a Turkey Noodle casserole. I have these ingredients on hand. Sliced onion, garlic, butter, free range ground turkey, veggie shell pasta, mayo, french onion dip, sour cream, salt, pepper, nutritional yeast.
You could easily sub the french onion, mayo or sour cream for cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup.

After sautee the onion and garlic, I add the ground turkey

I am straining the cooked veggie pasta while the meat cooks.

Then put all together in a casserole dish. Eat as is or sprinkle cheese and bake until bubbly

This meal will feed 1 man 1 teenage boy and 2 younger boys.
The cost is about $5

I have a bit of cooked ground turkey left to use for another meal. Maybe with eggs in the morning.
I also did this (see next post for pic)

Turkey roll up.

I had on hand the turkey of course, whole wheat flour tortillas, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, peach salsa and cheese.
Pop in toaster over until melted then add the condiments and roll up for the kiddos.
Cost for 3 of them maybe $2
