Hope I explain this right...
Every year grandma made oysters for Thanksgiving and Christmas.... I don't eat them LOL so I never payed that much attention to what went in them.
She made them for my uncle and little brother.
Grandma passed away in May
So I'm planning Thanksgiving this year I guess. My mom doesn't cook LOL and I know how to make most things grandma did from helping/watching.
Anyways So I was wanting to make them for brother. But I'm not sure how.
Its baked in the oven in a cassarole dish... uses the oysters that come in a can (found in the grocery section that has salmon and tuna),
I know it had saltine crackers crunched up mixed in with everything,
I'm guessing egg to help hold it together, and maybe butter.
Thats all I know/think... Do you make anything that sounds like this?
Thanks
