What can I do with Ham

My husband thought it would be a good idea to buy a 9 pound ham and now I have so much ham I don't know what to do with it. Does anyone have any good recipes that call for ham?

I put ham in scalloped potatoes and in split pea or bean soup. I also use it to make fried rice. Sarah

I layer potato slices, chopped onion, chunks of ham, and shredded cheese in the crockpot (keep repeating the layers until it's almost full). Then pour on a little milk or cream of mushroom soup, and cook on low all day. It's really good when it's cold out.

My mother makes a breakfast casserole with hash browns, ham, cheese, and eggs all mixed together and baked in the oven. It's kind of like this one: http://www.cooks.com/rec/doc/0,185,1...246197,00.html

My family also likes it with the 12-bean soup mix, with fried rice, or just fried pieces of ham with pancakes.
