Anyone have a good recipe for spinach & artichoke dip?

I LOVE spinach & artichoke dip. We went to a restaurant here last night, John Harvard's, and they have THE BEST spinach & artichoke dip. I got my SO to try it and he actually likes it. He's not a fan of spinach and he's never really wanted to try artichokes. I love spinach boiled with nothing on it no butter no salt Nothing! I love marinated artichoke hearts. So if anyone has a good recipe for spinach & artichoke dip they'd like to share that would be greatly appreciated. I prefer it to not be spicy. The one we had last night had a creamy sauce almost tasted cheesy. Thanks!
