i'm sorry i don't really measure things out very well but this is what i put in my meat loaf
if i have crackers - esp cheese crackers i will crush them up and use them with or instead of bread crumbs
i also put a couple tablespoons of sour cream in as a binding agent
i throw in lots of black pepper, a little soy sauce, some *worstchester* (spelling??) sauce, parsley, garlic, onion powder or dried minced onion, a little parmesean cheese and just a little tiny squirt of yellow mustard - sounds pretty weird but i am not a *traditional* meatloaf fan at all so maybe that's why...i guess if it doesn't turn out you could always heat up a can of
