I've been a WAHM since my older child was diagnosed with PDD/NOS 4 years ago - after 9 months he lost the diagnosis and he's a 'typical' child now (actually even a bit advanced in some of his earlier deficits), but I still worked from home, it just made sense to me. So I wok for a couple of travel sites (if i mention one i could not mention another for policy issues...) and I teach online language courses in french and italian (this is actually my 'real' profession as i have a B.A. in french literature and teaching). The job market has been slower though, and unfortunately i cannot make as much income as 2 years ago for instance, but i hope there will be improvements!
