Best soup recipes ever. Seriously. My kids haven't complained yet, and neither have I. Tonight I made myself Tortilla Chip Soup, because I'm coming down with something and a garlicky, jalapeno-laden soup sounded perfect. And it is. Delish.

i'm so excited about this book. you have no idea. actually, you probably do. i can't wait until this week when i can cook from it!!!
I had that book years ago and hardly used it. I go through cycles like that though, and was also in a marriage that was not very supportive of my choice to be vegetarian. I also had the Uncheese cookbook and after trying one recipe that mixed tomatoes with nutritional yeast and it smelled like stomach acid, I was done.
I love the cute retro chicks on the front with all their hawt tats. They have a few more books too...saw one today...omg forgot the name, but the cover is red and they are sitting on a picnic blanket in their cute vintage dresses.
