Best Advice for Wannabe Vegan
I went vegetarian about 5 months ago and am starting to toss the idea around of going vegan.
What is your best advice?
What do I most need to be concerned with? (IE - hidden suprises?)
How in the world do you deal with eating out/eating at family? I don't expect my family to change their habits and meals for me, nor do they seem to be willing to, but what do you do for family meals? Do you bring your own food, eat salad? My family is the type who puts two gallons of butter on everything - so unless they were having salad there would be nothing.
Also, what is the best thing about it. If you have time and will to answer, if not pick and choose what you have comments for. THANKS!!!
