I eat a lot of fruit when it is in season (watermelon - I could live on it, peaches, strawberries, other melons, grapes).

I like crackers too.

Puppy chow (Crispix, peanut butter, chocolate, etc) is yummy, not the healthiest I suppose, but soooo yummy.

I love homemade bread just to snack on.

Quickbreads like zucchini bread, banana bread, rhubarb bread, etc.

Cookies, cobblers....

I've made myself hungry.

ED: I just went back and see the nutritious part of your request...OOPS! I guess some of the snacks fit though right...hehehe! My mind is on sweets right now....

Avocadoes are fav around here. Make a great sandwhich too. With the coming season, strawberries, melon balls, any fruit with coconut sprinkled on top. Christine likes Barbara's snakimals. Belsoy pudding. Cauliflower dipped in Veganaise. Cherries. Kiwi slices. Trail mix. Granola bars. Vegan cereal plain. small glass of smoothie.

Selissa,
That is the cutest picture! Your dog looks like scooby doo from behind with the blue collar! Hmmm...my vegan snack is dried fruit and granola. I also love banannas mixed with peanut butter and rolled oats. Sometimes I add some chocolate to it when i crave it.
