you MUST eat per day atleast 1 pound of raw non starchy veggies, 1 pound of cooked non starchy veggies, atleast 4 pieces of fruit and atleast 1 cup of beans or tofu. You CAN in addition, eat NO MORE than 1 cup per day of a grain or starchy veggie(like winter squash, cooked carrots-raw are not starchy, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn), 1 tbsp ground flax seed, 1 oz nuts, 1 cup soymilk, 2 oz avocado, 3 oz fish per week, and no more than 2-3 egg whites per week. If you choosing you can also eat 3 oz chicken per week and 3 oz of red meat no more than 1 time per month. There can be no dairy, sugar, added oil, added salt or refined grains.
I haven't felt this good in YEARS!! I detoxed the first 3 days and have felt wonderful. I have also lost 12 lbs since the 1st of January and I am NEVER hungry. My husband started today, so we will see how it goes for him! Sorry I hijacked your post...but you did ask
