I thought we'd *try* some beans. I've disliked many of them in the past and hope that these will taste better (and NOT have an icky texture! :shudder
I got Great Northern Beans, Lentils and Navy Beans (a pound of each) today. How do I cook them (they are stone hard!) and what recipes do they work best in? (please share yours!)
