lentil bulgar mix
Hi, I was browsing through the Tightwad Gazzette today and found mention of a lentil/bulgar mix that could be found in health food stores that they used in several recipes. Anyone know of a homemade recipe for such a mixture. The recipe in the book was for burgers and I have not found a recipe yet that my family likes...they say all mine are too gooey or soft or otherwise yucky.
So I guess I should also ask, anyone know of a really good veggie burger recipe that would end up something like a morning star farm griller....is it possible!
