Anyone seen Robots yet?

DD really wants to go see this movie, and DH is planning to take her this Saturday. Has anyone seen it yet? How was it? Does it have a lot of "potty" humor in it? TIA!

we went on Friday and we ended up leaving about an hour into it. Dh said that it was just a drawn out story. It didn't keep the kids' attention at all. I was ready to leave about 25 mins after it started. I was really looking forward to the movie. I even made both kids a "robots' shirt to wear but it just didn't "do it" for us.
It did have it's cute parts but there just wasn't enough there to keep us interested.

Thanks Marion! I was debating whether to take our two younger boys, but that answers that. I think I would rather go to this IMAX film Aliens of the Deep that I think DD would really like so maybe I'll try to convince her that it would be a better choice.

My three oldest (5.5, 4, and 2.5) loved it, but the story line is pretty involved. The potty humor was a lot less than in other recent cartoons. Comparable to that in the Incredibles, except for one scene about farting.

I love this website for movie reviews:

They tell you every tiny thing that could possibly be offensive.

We went to see it this weekend. My 4-next-month yo and 6.5 yo were both really into it and enjoyed it very much. I didn't think it had a lot of potty humor, a lot less than shrek and the like. I really liked that it wasn't action packed and had a drawn out plot, so to each their own.

I have a 2 year old and a 3 1/2 year old.. the 2 year old napped through part of it, but saw the beginning and the end and was fascinated.. the 3 1/2 year old loved it, but when she thought the "good" robots were going to be melted down, she burst into tears and I thought I was going to have to take her out.. she said that part was too scary.

I wasn't impressed with it... but then again, I didn't expect to be, and I wasn't going for *me* anyway

my kids enjoyed it, i liked it too.. it wasnt too scary or have too much potty mouth phrases. It was about never giving up on your dreams.. you can do it type movie.

I would buy it when it comes out on dvd.
