Blue Springs St. Park or Alexandria Springs are lovely spots as well.
Oh, and I like Cassadaga too. There are not a LOT of shops, but it's a neat place to stop.

College Park and Winter Park are both nice and have lots of fun stuff to do. The Sanford flee market is some thing to check out as well like no other I have ever been to they have a play area for the kids go carts and I think a petting zoo.
