Fun, isn't it? :lol

I'm now the mama of a teen boy, *and* a 6 month old daughter. Talk about culture shock!!!

y ep. I'm here with you. Chelsey is turning 16 in October and I also have an almost five year old, an almost 2 year old and i babysit a 3 year old. Things are busy.

During the day I run around with the little ones, in the afternoons/evenings/weekends I run around with the teen. lol.

We're painting the back of her door with that chalkboard paint this weekend. Cuz i have nothing else to do ?! lol

Oh I am SO right there with ya! My youngest dd is 4yo, and she is gone for a week with dh visiting relatives. So I foolishly thought that I would have a calm week. My teens (and the 2 EXTRA visiting teens my oldest has in town at our place this week. Gotta love the flexible schedule of homeschoolers, lol. ) have kept me busier than ever. I am actually looking forward to when my youngest returns and I can fall back on her need to have quiet down time so I can get mine!

I do let my oldest take the bus to some places as long as it is not dark. We are really lucky to have a great public transportation system. But I still like to drive them places and pick them up as much as possible, lest they get the idea that they are foot-loose and fancy free, kwim? Keeps 'em guessing.

I have been in this phase for awhile but this year is accelerated.
I am a homebody...so going out and about all the time really wears on me...There is no place like home...there is no place like home
