So, when i click on where it says...

"goto first unread post" at the beginning of a thread, it doesnt take me to my first unread post. I have my cookies turned on. On other boards that i go to it works just fine, but here, not so much. I'm getting mouse wrist from scrolling.

Have you marked all forums as read, and then had that happen? I don't think the posts get marked as "read" until you mark the forum(s) as read.

After perusing the vbulletin forum, I *think* that the answer to your question is "no - it was never meant to work that way." Here's a link to a post there which was the clearest I could find regarding this topic:

http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...threadid=40173

It sounds as if some other bulletin board software *does* do what you'd like tho.

Again, this is just my understanding - I don't know enough about it to give you a more definitive answer. I will try to find out more if you like.
