I generally do not print prints as you'd get if you had film. Too much clutter. Really, what would I do with all those little prints? Think about putting them in an album. Well, the book is much better.
I do the following albums each year:
1. A year in the life of our family
2. a separate book for each big vacation (there were three this year)
and
3. my 100 favorite pictures of the year.
That is it. If Lauren needs some pictures for school, we just select the ones she needs for the given project and print them to Target.

I love this! I used to print every picture and try to scrapbook. Let's see, my oldest is 8 and I have the first 6 months in a scrapbook and the rest are either sitting in a box or still on the computer. I have nothing for ds2. I think this is very realistic for me. I think I'll start w/ our trip to France this summer!
