lips Got my new camera :)

I've been playing around with the macro button - I'm pretty new to photography - and still have to read the manual. Anyway, here are a few that actually turned out .

Have fun with it mama! Are all those flowers (and the strawberry) from your garden? With the deer around? You must have a great fence. My cousin has trouble with the deer in her garden every year.

And that strawberry is going to send me to the produce stand later, I just know it!

the deer is in my neighbor's yard across the street. Everything else is from my yard - and the deer picture was taken with the A540.

I had the A710IS or something like that. LOL Can't remember if that is exactly right. I have no idea. One day it was off but it was overheating. I took the batteries out and they were red hot!! They were put in correctly, camera had been working just fine... Anyhow, after it cooled down, put the batteries in it, and it worked just fine for another month then suddenly would not turn on! It sucked, it was right at the start of our big trip. I was going to try and get it replaced but it got misplaced at my mom's house and she swears she can't find it sigh so anyhow, I will be buying a new camera soon and trying to decide what route to go.

now there is an A720 IS - I chose this one because it seemed more like a cross-over to a dSLR. Tehila making havoc --got to go.

I will honestly probably by another powershot and then a dlsr. I want something that I can tote easily in my purse. But I have also been toying the idea of really learning photography. It is one of those things I WANT to do, but knowing me, I often have a hard time staying committed to learning new things. LOL
