Some for CC :)

Are you getting bored with my lack of subject variety? Cam's the only one who'll hold still longer than .001 seconds. That, and in this 108 degree heat, we aint going out! I do have a couple of free/practice sessions in the works for later in the month, though.

Alas...here are a couple I'd love some input on. The first two I kind of messed up my lighting. It blew out the right side - I overcompensated with too harsh of a light in order to try and avoid motion blur. I hate that I did that, because otherwise I like the shots...but it's another trial and error learning experience! Is my backdrop coming across as solid black for you? I got a few people saying that they could see wrinkles. I think I PS'd them out, but let me know how they look to you.

The last one, I'm wondering if it is too flat...and how I'd go about fixing that.

TIA!

(Pardon the watermarks...I feel kinda weird putting those on there since I'm not a pro and my shots aren't that good...but I was warned that if I didn't people could take and use them as they please. (Not that I feel worried about that here, but I did post these at one other place that I don't know everyone as well. )

You certainly are on the fast track. I can no longer offer any CC for you--it's beyond anything I know. The black looks solid black to me, but otherwise I can just say--good work!

Ever thought about world peace? Cause it seems like if you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything. Just teasing, but I'm really impressed.

Thanks, Heather...maybe my OCD is good for something ???

I'm trying to learn and read everything I can...I've been helped so much by CC here and everyone's support. My mother thinks my photography is a "silly, waste of time that won't do anything for me", so deep down, I think I'm trying to prove that sentiment wrong.

Thank you again! *hugs*
