i have a question for you. i just bought a canon and it has that funky color thing (like your flower shot in your sig)...but it doesn't use a flash when i take a picture and i always take a blurry shot....what can i do?

Which Canon did you get? I recently bought the S80 and it has the Color Accent setting. I get great pics with still life, but I have tried a dozen times or more to capture Connor's blue eyes and have yet to get a clear shot. I think the shutter is open too long to get a clear shot of anything that moves.

Otherwise, you could always try a tripod. Unless your camera is different, I don't think you can mess with the aperture on that setting.

I think you pics are great. How did you do the two-toned shots? Is that a setting with the camera or did you use a specific software?

I've never heard of Picasa- but I just downloaded it and LOVE it. OMG- where the heck have I been?

Now I'm not so sure I want to purchase my Paintshop pro-LOL!

Thanks for the tip!
