Supercrunch in the vanguard

This weeks NYTimes Sunday Magazine printed a food article by Daniel Patterson about making delicious butter from organic milk.

I first heard of making butter here, from----I can't even remember, but I know it was treated like an, " Oh yeah, of course" rather than a " I must learn more about this new technology.

Oooh, dh found a source for organic grass fed beef (!) And intends to buy it (!) And is listening to the idea of a bulk organic order, and an order at greenlings.

Oh, greenlings.com--how do you light it up? It's a delivery service here in town. It delivers organic produce to your door on a weekly basis. I can't tell if it costs more or less than regular groceries. What do you think of the prices. I think not having to go shopping, and having a standard bill would be worth it. We can't do it this summer, but maybe in the fall.
