Consumer test... lol!

Here is me... LOL!

You scored 29 consumer index!
You don't get a picture. You know why? You don't need one. If more people were like you, the world would stay green longer and humans would smell worse (who the hell needs deorderant) and some say our economy would collapse. You don't care about that however, cause you can make everything you need. When the world bank collapses under it's own weight you'll be cool calm and collected. Keep up the good fight!

Why do you buy shoes?

There were some I was in the middle on... one I picked the "crunchier" answer (Yes I cut up my clothes to make new ones, but not for me, for my kids) but for most I leaned toward the side of consumerism... because my dh is SUCH a consumer that I figure if I don't know, we probobly do it that way. lol!

I loved some of the questions:
How many clothes do you have?
Just enough not to get arrested on most days.

LOL!

But other ones bugged me, like the one that asks you if you shop for groceries at big chains, co-ops, locally owned stores, or grow your own food. There was no "I do them ALL" which I do... so I was stumped on that one. I just picked the 'big chain' because we went to Fred Meyers YESTERDAY. lol...

You scored 39 consumer index!
You understand that consumerism is out of control and you are part of the solution. However, be aware that you are just as susceptible to becoming a "market" as anyone else...hence the shoe. Be careful to do your homework and avoid falling into step with the hypocritical rhetoric surrounding anti-consumerist ideals.

I failed on the cars. We have min 2 each but a couple are up for sale. Also, DH likes TVs so we have 3 and he is a computer geek so another 3. I'd be happy with a laptop that played DVDs. I hate this 30 inch TV we inherited from his parents. It is HUGE.

You scored 44 consumer index!
You're definitely willing to talk-the-talk, but aren't about to give up the joys and conveniences of consumerist society. That might be ok. Balance is a good thing, but don't be afraid to make a stand every once in a while. If you insist on being a consumer, be a good consumer. Waste not want not. Unneccesary packaging = Environmental destruction. Made in American-Samoa = Made in the U.S.A = SLAVE LABOR. You know it. Act on it.

I'm a Consumer Ho!

*sigh* Can I have a Cherry Coke instead of regular Coke please?
