Nourishing traditions Ketchup?

I would like to make this fermented ketchup recipe, but without the fish sauce. Does anyone know of a good substitute for the fish sauce or where I could find any info on the nourishing traditions recipes?
Thanks!

I am not sure what the exact exchange would be but you can use soy sauce or salt in place of fish sauce.

There are a few food recipes here

There is also a monthly nourishing traditions thread at the MDC website with many knowledgeable mothers who could help you.
