Earth Dinner, anyone hosted one?

http://www.earthdinner.org/index.html?view=1

I'm thinking of hosting an earth dinner for/around earth day this year. maybe making it smaller 7 turning it into an earth playdate for my friends & their kids. i'd like to do some fun earth based crafts (paint pots, plant egg shell cups etc)

anyone done anything like this? Any brilliant earthy ideas for crafts, favorite foods? Ideas, ideas?

LOL. I"m waiting for them to put up the recipes. Also I think there was a menu in the organic style or some other sumilar magazine where I originally saw the link.

I love this idea! My kids love to make seed necklaces, with pumpkin or sunflower seeds and you can dye them with beet juice or something.

It weird that the menus posted by the chefs are meat based.
