I have a "recipe" that I just loooove for tofu.
Cut it in approx. 1" cubes, and stir-fry in the following mixture:
Sesame oil
Honey
Soy sauce
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Cumin
I stir-fry until it has a bit of a "crust" on each side. Then, I eat it by itself, with a side salad.
Mmmmm-mmmmmmmmm!
