i know that regular table salt has tons of additives, etc., so we use sea salt. however, the ENT a loooooooong time ago gave us a recipe for a sinus irrigation that i swear by for me and for both kids, and it includes kosher salt and baking soda.
what can i use instead of regular morton's kosher salt? or maybe that would have fewer additives? but i doubt it. i guess it needs to be a coarser salt, larger, w/ fewer preservatives... i've also read about "celtic" sea salt, which is supposed to be more nutritious than even sea salt....
any thoughts? i realize this is pretty random and very incidental in the whole scheme of things...
thanks,
