I know how to make regular milk, but ds needs soy, and when I used to make soy yogurt, it always came out runny and sour, so I don't want to repeat THAT technique, lol! What are the best tips for making edible soy yogurt?? Anybody??

I'm new to making soy yogurt, but my baby loves it. yum! The older kids think it's too sour by itself, but they like it with fruit and maple syrup added.
