Thanks, got the link from my GFCFrecipes group.

I finally convinced Matt to completely let go of nonstick. I am leaving all my bakeware here and will buy a set of that when we are settled after our move. He doesn't care about that but wanted to keep a nonstick omelette pan, for fish and eggs, etc. I pleaded with him and finally he's given in. Since he cooks, that's huge. I promised to buy him a really nice All Clad pan that is regular stainless steel and an olive oil mister or whatever he wants to use instead of a nonstick coating.
