Health trouble is back...

My pancreititus is back in a rush this time. I don't know what is going on. I am kinda worried about it because we have no insurence. The symtoms are stomach upset, bowel upset (along with everything you can imagine that goes with that), and shaking (like you have had WAY too much coffee). Generally it lasts for about 2 hours when I first wake up... and then I am fine. If I don't drink cafine (or at least not coffee) it does help a bit.

Last time it was gradual. Like over months... but something in my body chemistry changed or something because this time it was days.... maybe. Freaky... I know that I am under A LOT of stress with this thing with my dad and the move and all... but it just has never happened this fast before.

Any ideas?

Love Val

Oh, Val, I hope you start feeling better soon!

If you don't have insurance, are there any sort of alternative healers in your area? It's a pretty crunchy place, right? Maybe see if any of them would be willing to see you on a barter? You sew and do batik, you could even trade for child care...

I don't know if that would work out, but it was a thought...

People may think it's crazy, but if you have a piece of amethyst, you could clear it with a smudge and put some healing energy into it. Once you've charged it, place it over the pancreas. You can hold it for a while or attach it with a band aid or piece of medical tape. Amethyst has great healing powers.

I'll be thinking of you and sending healing vibes.

More . And I think stress is probably playing a *huge* role here. Anything you added or took out of your diet recently?

Another thing to try is simply laying your hands over the area where your pancreas is and sending energy to it while relaxing and breathing deeply.

Oh Val-I am so sorry! Sending you speedy healing vibes....I agree with Lauren..anything that you added to your diet that could have pushed you over the edge with all the stress?

I'm sorry you are feeling bad and trust me I understand insurance problems and no insurance for that matter.

The advice I have is to pray about it...that is what I do...and Iwould also try the amethyst b/c I believe in that as well. Hope you feel better soon and I will think of you when praying.

Stress Val. You are under such extreme stress. And it is very intense and very fast progressing - just like what your physical body is experiencing. And I know that you are also taking more short cuts with food with moving and not wanting to put energy into your kitchen so adding in the myriad of ??? that is in ready made purchased food. Not just fast food, but even good eat out food has the energy of the person who made it. We used to eat at Govinda's in Tucson where the cooks would chant over it as they made it and it was the best good vibe food I have ever had. My body always felt healed. Remember, no matter where or what you are eating, to take pause and clear the energy and set your spirit to receiving the food as nourishment and healing. Just a moment to pause and eat with intent can work miracles.

And cut out the coffee and green tea lattes! I know, I am mean. Try some mate'. It has the caffeine if you need a jolt but the mate' itself is very healing to the digestive system. This is TMI - but I had the best bowel behaviour in my life during my mate' respite. And you know that is saying something!

Take care of yourself. Be compassionate with yourself.

Namaste!
