I love it. You can use it in anything. I bake with Rapadura unprocessed sugar and agave nectar...I usually sub 1/4c agave nectar and 2/3c Rapadura per 1c sugar in a recipe. If you use too much it has a little aftertaste, but not bad IMO.
It tastes like an unflavored honey to me, if that makes any sense. Sort of like "honey lite".
