are dehydrated cane juice, turbinado sugar, and/or sucanot OK, or no?

They are better than refined sugar because they have the nutrients in them. At least I know sucanat does. But, they are still sugar and there are healthier alternatives.

Honey is one good one. You need to get local raw honey though. The honey helps relieve allergies because it is from a local source.
