Emnbarressing ? What can I do about my bad breath--my nursing is up in arms about it

My dd is pretty sensitive to smells--I don't think anyone else (I hope!) is noticing this about me! Does anyone know of a deeper cure for this--like an herb I could eat? Its just not conevenient to jump up and go brush my teeth before every nursing...Thanks so much!

Try avoiding dairy, it can be one of the causes. Also brush well, floss, and rinse with Listerine (or a natural version) that can help kill off extra bacteria in your mouth. And see a dentist b/c you may have gum disease - bad breath is one of the main symptoms, alonh with gums that swell and bleed easily.
