I have a rash on my foot--what can I use?

Since the weather has warmed-up, I have had a bumpy rash on the top of my foot. I got it last summer also. It itches terribly and gets kind of dry. I do have psoriasis on other areas, but this rash seems different; it has little pinhead size bumps and redness(which might be from the scratching). I don't know if its athletes foot or what. Funny thing is that in the summer I always wear sandals, so its not like my foot is in a hot, sweaty shoe all day. What can I use on it?

I am not good at rash stuff really, but what we use is plantain. We have it growing in our yard so we pick the leaves, chew them slightly, and stick it on the area. Usually takes away most of the itchiness and promotes healing.

Witch hazel. tea tree, we use several different things (if you do not have plantain)

Do you have WAHM soap? Try rubbing that on and leaving it on. Dont wet it jsut rub it on dry.

Oatmeal in a washcloth or cloth bag may soothe if it itches.

Since you are wearing sandals, maybe you walked through something that your skin is sensitive to. (like poison ivy) or got chigger bites or soemthing.

Whatever it is, I hope you figure out how to help it

I often get sun poisioning on the tops of my feet only! WIerd cuz I get really really tan- but it is like the tops of my feet can't take the sun, and burn/get poisioning. It itches like crazy, and gets bumpy little blisters???
Maybe too much sun?
Just guessing!
