Can I have some menu help?

For those that don't know, I have been on a severely limited diet to try to find the cause of Esther's colic. I have been amazed that i can survive without processed food. I love having fresh veggies and fruit to eat. I have loved this way of eating so much that i want to try it on my whole family. I want to eat fresh veggies, fruits, meats, and grains. I have always been a freezer cooker, but the meals I freeze are NOT healthy. they are full of cans, and creams. So I need to re-learn how to cook. Can you share your healthy recipes with me? I want to get a 4 week rotating menu going to make things simple for me. They don't have to be recipes either, ideas would help. I just need some help knowing what healthy meals to feed my family. I also need snack ideas.

A main snack in our house is toast. lol.... we eat it all the time. WW toast, homemade toast with cream cheese... we just eat lots of toast at this point... we also eat lots of fruit. What every fruit is in season... oranges in the winter and apples now. Cheese and WW quesdillias are another snack we eat a lot. Trail mix....

I have to go and take care of my kids now... but I will edit and write more later.

Love Val

Some of the best cookbooks I have regarding hf cooking/storing/planning/freezing are from Sue Gregg.

I have cut out everything pretty much. But my family can't eat like I do. I need them to cut back on dairy though. We eat way to much. My children don't know what a meal is unless it is smothered with cheese and creams. And for snacks they eat cheese sticks. I would like to load us up on veggetables, fruits, and grains, and to cut back on meat.
Some of the meals I have made that have been a success here (granted these fit my very limited diet but I am adding them to the family menu cause they were yummy) are:

Turkey stirfey with carrots, zucchini, and squash (I put inions and peppers in dh's) And we eat on top of a wild rice mix.

Turkey soup with carrots, potatoes, and rice. (I was amazed at how yummy such a simploe soup was, I only seasoned with salt and pepper)

Turkey with gravy (thickened with brown rice four) and served with mashed potatoes and cooked carrots,

Turkey foil packet with carrots, potatoes, and rice

Turkey patties just seasoned with salt and pepper

For breakfast I am eating hot rice cereal with turkey sausage cut up in bits added to cereal, or a bit of maple syrup added. or a peice of friut.

For snacks I am eating rice chips, hot pears with rice dream, and sunflower seeds.

I can also eat lamb but it is so expensive that we have only had it once.

For my family I would like to add some sanwhiches and salads, asnd would also like to have some vegetarian meals, but I can't use milk or eggs. No beans either.
