LOL on the fermentation thing

I usually have stuff "sitting out" too. We use kefir regularly, so there's always a jar of kefir on the counter, doin' its thing.
The bread instructions look kinda complicated....but I hope to figure out a way to incorporate weekly bread making into our lives. My mom was a baker while we were growing up and the smell of bread baking is an integral part of my childhood. I want my kids to remember that too
