help! I'm trying to transfer to a different school.

Where the heck do I go to have my prehistoric SAT and AP exam scores sent to this college? I am NOT taking English 101 or US History, dang it. I'm too old to start all over again with that stuff.

Collegeboard.com doesn't seem to know me. Is there some other way to do this?

I THINK if you were admitted to another college and were in good academic standing when you left, then you don't have to resubmit them.

the chick at the admissions office said I needed them. I found a fax form I can send in tomorrow. But I have my originals, so I'm going to see if they'd just accept those. I also have an official transcript from the one school that's being a PITA about letting me request one.

I should have just stayed in school, man.

Look, do not let one chick in the admissions office
rule you! LOL!
I had a guy in admissions office tell me my college
freshman english classes would not transfer from NC to FL.
Huh?
When I received paperwork stating they were worth an elective
credit! I fought it.
It took much paperwork and several trips to the school and then fresh comp 2 counted but not 1 BUT it was all settled and
worth it.

Is there anyone else you can speak to?
Do you really need to submit that information from that long ago?

You know, as I sit in remeidial algebra (bad spelling/run ons
maybe my NC english ain't so good- whoo)
class every week I think about how I should have stayed in school.
Back in the day, I would have gone straight to college algebra now
I am in the remedial before the remedial.
Egads.

I would speak to the one chick's supervisor! I can't imagine trying to get official versions of my SAT scores.

I had to do the same thing recently to get AP scores from, um, 1991. They have to go into their archives for that so it wouldn't be on the website. I had to write a paper letter request. When I'm not headed off to school I'll try to find the info for you later.

Crap, I can't find it now. The state of my paperwork around the house is ridiculous. But I'm thinking I downloaded a form from the College Board website to fill out and send to them, it has the specific info that they need, and then they send the info to your college. It was a PITA but it went through just fine.
But really, you'd think the originals would work, too!

when I decided to back to school and before I decided to just continue with PSU, I applied as a transfer to both GSU and UGA and neither needed anything other than my transcript from PSU...no sat scores, etc...not even highschool transcripts.

eta: and getting "accepted" was just a matter of getting in my paperwork...no waiting and I got my "acceptance" letter about a week after I "applied" along with the list of credits that were carried over and how...from both schools. I did not have a good GPA, but it was nothing comapred to my experience applying the first time.

I didn't need mine anymore since I had attended previous colleges, just transcripts. Interesting.

In the case of my AP scores, it was because I tested out of Comp101 back in the day, but they didn't include that information on my college transcript. It just had a general "transfer credits, 18" or something like that.
