Took my first online quiz of the term

Whew, I have the WORST test anxiety. I always have. I wish I had a way of dealing with it.

Anyhow, I got a 10/10! Whooohoooo!

Still haven't gotten any grades about any of the papers I have turned in so far.

:yeah: try breathing deep relaxing breathes during your test and get a little movement (like walk fast or run around the block) pre test. it helps work out the nerves.

i get anxious too before a test. eve3n if you jsut dance around you kitchen before the test (if its online) it will help. at least that what my stress reduction text says. :wink:
