Each night before bed, dh and I say our couples prayer and then our youngest says his prayer. (he co-sleeps....yes, I know he is old for that *lol*)

Anyway, in his prayer, he prayed that our family would do the eggs, baskets etc...on Saturday and keep Sunday for focusing only on Jesus. Bless his heart......it was so neat to hear that.

We are following his advice and will make this a new tradition. Actually I think we'll bump the eggs and baskets back to the first day of Spring. (or the saturday before in case the first day of spring is in mid-work-week)

I just wanted to share this.

I honestly think our children are sometimes our greatest teachers. (and other children too, not just ours!)

Absolutely! Doesn't it feel great when you realize that in all these years of talking to them and teaching them, they actually "get it"!!
