How do you fill up your "spiritual tank" on a daily/weekly basis?

What traditions, routines, and/or ritual do you do to keep close to God? (or Gods/Goddess.....since I hope all faiths answer)

How does this help you on a practical daily basis? How long and and how did you start whatever you do to keep your spiritual tank full?

Our faith has alot of worship in the mundain... it is sacred to teach your kids etc... so i fill it technically all the time

on Mondays we try to do offerings with the kids as often as possible

because I have been missing out on the time to just sit in quiet and focus on deity since having kids we started attending the local UU church. I found that I couldnt meditate at home without the scream of the laundry. We however could attend the UU church. Make a small donation each month and someone would watch my kids for me while I got some quiet time to think about diety. Even better they would teach my older child about being a good person and about all the Gods and holidays and even sex education when he is ready to suppliment what we do at home.

My boys also both wear their spiritual jewelry... my youngest wears his on his ankle as did my 3 year old... but 2 weeks ago my 3 year old asked for his to be moved to his wrist... to me it was a sign of being a big boy =)

Rituals...I dunno they don't really mean a whole lot to me. Although there are times when going to church makes me think deeply and want to do better.
Since we finally left our church of 4 years I finally feel like I am learning something again. Funny how stuck I felt at that church all those years and finally dh pulled out.

I feel filled alot in quiet time when I can focus on blessings and god and nature
and doing for others.

It's something I'd like to work on too - I don't feed this side of myself very much lately.
Sometimes I read spiritual poems before I go to bed - like Rumi, or the Tao te Ching. Puts me in a good mindframe for sleeping and dreaming.

We do a nightly circle with a candle with the children and it reminds me to be grateful for big and little things.

I wish I was doing more daily, but once a month a meditate with a group. We have started attending a Unity church on Sundays. I am always planning to meditate daily, but it does not happen.
